According to the Working Conditions Act (Arbowet), nearly every entrepreneur with staff in the Netherlands is obligated to develop an RI&E. This involves having a certified expert examine health and safety risks. The requirement for testing the RI&E depends on the size of your organization. Companies with up to 25 employees are exempt from testing if they use an approved industry-specific RI&E.
